The author of this book, who earlier lived in another Nordic country moved back to Denmark to after retirement from an academic career, and decided to explore the nature around Nyborg. After many years work within the area of Public Health she is well aware about the healing power of nature on stress-related diseases. By sharing these nature exspiriences and thoughts she hopes to inspire others to do the same.
