On spintype.com you can buy books from individual authors (self-publishers who uses spintype.com to publish their books) and books from ordinary publishers.
You can also subscribe to different channels. A channel is a specific selection of books.
When you click on a buy-button on spintype.com, the specific digital or physical version of the book will be placed in your cart. You can add additional items in your cart. You can edit the numbers and remove any book from your cart. When you click the Proceed to payment-button, you will be asked to enter your credit card information. When you click Pay now, the payment will be made, and we have received your order.
If you buy a printed book, the card being used for the purchase will be charged once the printed book has been sent from the print supplier. Your card will be charged immediately if you buy a digital book.
Digital books will be available immediately after payment. Physical books will be submitted to a Print on demand-supplier. Your book will then be printed and sent to your delivery address by the Print on demand-supplier. Your book will be dispatched as soon as it has been printed. Delivery time will vary according to your choices on order page, where you will have different options of delivery speed. Physical books will never be out of stock, as they will be printed on demand.
Costs related to shipping are determined based on your address. You will be able to choose between different options on the order page, where you also can see price and delivery time.
– The right to cancel a purchase exists for 14 days from the date the buyer receives the goods. If you wish to cancel the purchase, return the goods in essentially the same condition to spintype.com, Publishare ApS, H.C. Ørsteds Vej 50 c, 1879 Frederiksberg C, Denmark. When we receive the book, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the goods, including shipping costs. The buyer pays for return shipping. If you buy a digital book, you right to cancel the purchase expires if you download a pdf or an epub-file.
If the goods are faulty, you should inform spintype.com on service@spintype.com about the fault in writing within a reasonable time after discovering the fault. Spintype.com will then provide you with information on what to do next. If we fail to find a solution, you can complain via http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. – Spintype.com processes personal data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No personally identifiable information will ever be made available to other companies, unless they are supplying print or distribution services to fulfil your order, or in any other ways are supplying spintype.com with services to run the company. All suppliers to spintype.com also comply with GDPR. No personal identifiable information will ever be sold to other companies or external mailing lists.
